SIENNA WINS BEST IN SHOW - 1st Oct 2012

Sienna comes to us from David & Gail May in Western Australia (Sennen Bernese). She has a sterling temperament and takes everything in her stride. She occasionally has the Tasmanian Devil in her though and can climb things she shouldn't!! She is a pleasure to own and is such a character - she enjoys the show ring and thinks everyone is there purely for her entertainment! She had early success by beating Dante in 3 shows and also winning 2 x Best of Breed against older dogs - and she was only 6 months old. Sienna achieved her NZ Champion status on 5 September 2010 when she obtained her 9th challenge - she was awarded her 8th in Puppy so needed one in Junior to become a Champion - THANKS Gary for handling CC so superbly and getting her to her title so quickly!! Sienna has continued her winning streak (most with stiff competition) and obtained her Gold Certificate of Merit in February 2012 (50 challenges), also winning another Intermediate of Group.
When Sienna isn't in the show ring or sleeping at the foot of the bed, she is out running with me and the other fur kids - she would go running every night if she could and just loves it - such a powerful girl.
Sienna wins BEST OF BREED - Prelude (20 entries - 30 Sept) and National Dog show (21 entries - 3 Oct 2010) - and she is only 13 months!!!
2010 Dogs On Line (NZ) Points - 1st Rising Star - Bernese Mountain Dog, 6th Rising Star in Utility (North Island) - 29th Rising Star -All Breeds (North Island) and 43rd Rising Star overall Nationally - way to go!!
Sienna wins BEST OF BREED - 2011 NZKC National Dog Show - (22 entries) (and she's not even 2 years old) - Judge was Kim LeBlanc (Canada) and then was pulled out and short listed for Best in Group - very exciting!!
Another top winning berner and a pleasure to own - thank you David and Gail for sending us such a super girl!!
Sienna does it in style - BEST IN SHOW at the Hawkes Bay Non-Sporting & Utility Show (Sevens Challenge) - judge was Mrs C Haller (Canada) and she loved her - commented on what a good strong well moving bitch she is and beautifully presented with a gorgeous coat and stunning markings - so very proud of my girl - photo above!
And to top of a great weekend - Sienna wins BEST OF BREED - 2012 NZKC National Dog Show (13 entries) - this is the third year in a row Sienna has been awarded BOB at the Nationals and again she was shortlisted for Best in Group - quite an achievement for a young girl!!
Sienna was unable to compete at the Nationals in 2013 due to being heavily pregnant and then producing 11 gorgeous healthy pups.
