About:
Denver (Boo) is my best friend - he is always at my side and demands my attention. We go running 4 - 5 times a week and he loves it. Boo achieved his Championship Certificate but he is not a great show dog although he loves the attention. My life would not be complete without him and I cherish him every day.
Denver is a large sized and well marked male. His head has good proportions along with a full muzzle. Unfortunately his mouth is slightly undershot and his lips are a little heavily developed. He has a rather short but thick neck and a well angulated forequater. He has strong bone and good sized round feet.
Tragically Denver was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy (enlarged heart) at the beginning of December. He had stopped eating and was slowly fading away before my eyes - it was the hardest month as I wasn't ready to stop fighting and I certainly wasn't ready to say goodbye. But sadly Boo didn't have the energy to fight and so I farewelled my BEST FRIEND, one of the hardest decisions I have ever made. RUN FREE Scooby - Thank you for 6 wonderful years - you were such a ambassador for the breed - especially at Pet Expos, carting, Xmas parades and just walking down the waterfront - everyone wanted to pat you and say hello - you certainly had your mum and dads traits and temperament - you will never be forgotten xx -
